What we collect
When you join the list, we get what you type into the form: your first name, your email, and anything else you choose to add (ZIP code, how many you might want, where you'd use it, and your note). Our website host, Netlify, also records the IP address, browser type and page each form was sent from, and checks submissions for spam with its filter, Akismet.
Why we collect it
To email you about Totabout, like when it's ready and what it costs, and to plan the first batch (for example, how many seats to make and where they'll ship). That's all.
What we never do
We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use ad trackers or advertising cookies on this site. Our fonts are served from this site too, so loading a page here doesn't call an outside font service.
Counting visits
We count visits with a small first-party counter. It uses no cookies and stores no names, emails or IP addresses: only the page, the day, the site that sent you, the kind of device, how long the page was open, and a random ID that resets each day (kept in your browser, not a cookie).
Kids
This site and its form are for grown-ups. They are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changing your mind
Want off the list or want your answers deleted? Email hello@totabout.com, or send the form again with the same email and write "remove me" in the note, and we'll delete what we have.
